Refund and Returns Policy

Safe Rope Access is committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we offer a clear and transparent refund and return policy.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

      • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

      • A proof of purchase is required.

    Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

        • Perishable goods

        • Customized or personalized products

        • Clearance or final sale items

      Refunds

      Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

      Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

      Exchanges

      We replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us with the details and photos of the damage within 10 days of receiving the item. Exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost once we receive the damaged item.

      Shipping for Returns

      You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
